Erhlich RP5 Formula Atlantic
A unique car with an amazing history!
Ex Pierre Dieudonné and the inimitable Ian Flux who raced the car very successfully in the late 70's and early 80's (be sure to read his book For Flux Sake for more stories from the time).
It started life as the RP3 and converted to a Formula Atlantic where it raced in New Zealand and the UK, clocking up several wins along the way. More recently has been championed by John Hayes-Harlow, winning the Atlantic class in the Jochen Rindt Trophy race at Thruxton in 2021 (trophy presented by Ian Flux himself) and competing strongly in the subsequent years. The car was last run in 2023 but has been well-maintained and run up to temperature regularly since then. BDA engine has been refreshed and has limited running time since.
Using mainly March suspension, the tub was made by renowned fabricator Paul Cosby.
Comes with set of dry and wet wheels / tyres and a few bits and pieces including the F3 style nose.
A once in a lifetime opportunity to own a very unique and historically important car.

Lotus Elan Plus 2S 130/5 JPS (1974)
A well-down-the-road restoration of a JPS 130/5S Elan Plus 2 which comes with a second 130/5S car as a donor for missing parts. I would rather sell as a complete project but may be persuaded to break up although it seems criminal to do so (individual prices below for parts - I do not want to break further than described)! The JPS car is on a new Spyder chassis and has complete suspension. There are a few things to do (rear brake caliper rebuild although they come with the car) to complete the chassis buid. The shell has been stripped and resprayed to a high standard (inner sills done at the same time). It is missing an interior, glass, brightwork, radiator, dash and lights and headlamp pods (this is not an exhaustive list). That's where the donor car comes in. This is a 130/5S built around the same time (late 1973 although both were registered in 1974). It has glass, interior, which will need retrim, some possibly usable brightwork and dash. The vaccum pod for the headlamps is there but not tested. The suspension has had its day but the chassis may be savable. I will not be breaking this car for individual parts but will offer as a whole. The engine looks to have been rebuilt (borescope shows what look like new pistons) but I have no details on by who. The car is currently split between two locations (Halifax and Newark UK) but will ultimately be reunited in Halifax in the coming weeks.
Both cars have V5's in my name.
Were I to split, I am looking for the following;
Shell (including doors, boot and bonnet all restored) - £9,500
Complete rolling chassis with engine & gearbox, propshaft and diff - £9,500 Engine & gearbox - £7,500
Engine - £6,000
Gearbox - £2,000
Chassis, suspension, propshaft & diff - £2,500
Donor car (as is) - £3,000
Or the entire package for £18,000
