Specification & Condition

A unique car with a remarkable competition history.
Originally built as the Ehrlich RP3, the car was subsequently developed into Formula Atlantic specification and raced successfully in both the UK and New Zealand, taking several wins along the way.
Its period drivers included Pierre Dieudonné and the inimitable Ian Flux, who raced the car very successfully during the late 1970s and early 1980s. Those interested in the period should also read Ian's book For Flux Sake, which includes plenty of stories from those years.
More recently, the Ehrlich has been championed by John Hayes-Harlow, including winning the Atlantic class in the Jochen Rindt Trophy race at Thruxton in 2021 — appropriately, with the trophy presented by Ian Flux himself.
The car continued to compete strongly in subsequent years and was last raced in 2023.
