Specification & Condition
Despite the handicap of an overweight, aging driver, this Crosslé 25F has managed to win several championships in recent years.
Its successes include:
BRSCC Northern Class E – 2018
Heritage FF1600 Pre-82 – 2019
BRSCC Super Classic Class C – 2023
The car was fully rebuilt from the ground up for the 2018 season and has since been meticulously maintained and prepared by GT Motorsport. Over 2026 it has been stripped back to bare chassis and rebuilt with a fresh Scholar engine rebuild.
In addition to the championships above, it has competed successfully in Classic FF1600 and French Historic FF1600, making it a well-proven car for both UK and European historic Formula Ford competition.
Easy to drive and extremely capable in the right hands, it has repeatedly demonstrated that a well-sorted 25F can embarrass considerably more modern machinery.
